We are proud to announce the appointment of Adrian Walczak as Group Managing Director of PSG, following his successful tenure as Finance Director. 

During his time as Finance Director, Adrian has played a key role in strengthening the Group’s financial position and supporting its strategic development. With extensive experience across manufacturing, finance and senior leadership, he brings a deep understanding of PSG’s operations, culture and long-term ambitions. 

In his new role, Adrian will lead the Group’s strategic direction, guiding PSG through its next phase of growth and evolution. His strong commercial insight and collaborative leadership style will be central to ensuring the business continues to perform, adapt and deliver long-term value.
